Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If any difficulty arises in relation to the application of this Part to a particular matter, the Federal Court may, on the application of an interested person, make such order as it thinks proper to resolve the difficulty.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) has effect despite any Commonwealth, State or Territory law.
