Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person (the investigator ) who is about to make, or has made, a requirement of another person under this Part must, if the other person requests evidence of the investigator's authority to make the requirement, produce to the other person:
(a) a written authorisation issued to the investigator by the General Manager; and
(b) such other evidence (if any) of the investigator's
authority to make the requirement as the General Manager determines.
