Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where any difficulty arises in relation to the application of this Division to a particular matter, the Federal Court may, on the application of an interested person, make such order as it considers proper to resolve the difficulty.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) has effect despite
anything contained in this Act, the Fair Work Act or in any other Commonwealth
law or any State or Territory law.
