Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after the final determination takes effect, the Determining Authority must give copies of the final determination (in the form in which it takes effect) to the Director and to the Chief Executive Medicare.
(2) The copy given to the Chief Executive Medicare must be
accompanied by a copy of the final report, given to the Determining Authority
under section 106L, that gave rise to the final determination.
