HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 23DT

Interpretation

    In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears:

"R-type diagnostic imaging service" does not include an R - type diagnostic imaging service for which there is a corresponding NR - type diagnostic imaging service.
