Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Chief Executive Medicare requests the Director to review the provision of services by a person, the Chief Executive Medicare must, within 7 days after making the request, give the person written notice of the request.
(2) Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect
the validity of the request.
