Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Subdivision and the regulations, the Committee may regulate the proceedings of its meetings as it thinks fit.
(2) The meetings must be held in private.
(3) Subject to this Subdivision, the Committee may, for the
purposes of its inquiry into the provision of the services specified in the
referral, inform itself in any manner it thinks fit.
