Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA matter arising under this Part, including a question of interpretation of the Convention for the purposes of this Act, shall, for the purposes of section 38 of the Judiciary Act 1903-1973 , be deemed not to be a matter arising directly under a treaty.
