Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that each gambling service included in a specified class of gambling services is an exempt service for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A determination under subsection (1) has effect
accordingly.
