Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 15C has no effect to the extent (if any) to which its operation would result in an acquisition of property (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution) from a person otherwise than on just terms (within the meaning of that paragraph).
(2) Section 15C does not prevent a person from recovering
a debt that was deferred or incurred before the commencement of that section.
