Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(a) it becomes binding on all persons; and
(b) it has effect in spite of anything in the constitution of any company affected by the scheme; and
(c) the company on whose application the scheme was confirmed
must cause a copy of the scheme to be lodged at an office of ASIC in every
State and Territory in which a company affected by the scheme carried on
business.
