Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The occupier of the premises to which a monitoring warrant relates must provide the authorised officer executing the warrant and any person assisting that officer with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (1).
Penalty for contravention of this subsection: 10 penalty units.
