Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Immigration Assessment Authority must review a fast track reviewable decision referred to the Authority under section 473CA.
(2) The Immigration Assessment Authority may:
(a) affirm the fast track reviewable decision; or
(b) remit the decision for reconsideration in accordance with
such directions or recommendations of the Authority as are permitted by
regulation.
