MIGRATION ACT 1958 - SECT 473JC

Appointment of Senior Reviewer

  (1)   The President must, by written instrument, appoint an SES employee to be the Senior Reviewer.

  (2)   Before appointing a person as the Senior Reviewer, the President must consult the Minister.
