Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The President may delegate, in writing, all or any of the President's powers or functions under this Part to the Senior Reviewer.
(2) In exercising a power under a delegation, the Senior Reviewer must comply with any written directions of the President.
