Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) There are to be such number of positions of Deputy Registrar of Marriage Celebrants occupied (on an acting, permanent, full - time or part - time basis) by APS employees in the Department as the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants from time to time determines.
(2) A Deputy Registrar of Marriage Celebrants may perform a
function, or exercise a power, that has been delegated to the Deputy Registrar
by the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants under subsection 39A(4).
