Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person is entitled to be identified as a religious marriage celebrant on the register of marriage celebrants if:
(a) the person is registered as a marriage celebrant under Subdivision C of this Division; and
(b) the person is a minister of religion.
