Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA maritime officer may copy a record or document, or a part of a record or document, found or produced in the exercise of powers under this Act if the officer is satisfied , on reasonable grounds, that the record or document may contain information relevant to:
(a) security (within the meaning of section 4 of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 ); or
(b) the performance of functions under section 17 of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 ; or
(c) the performance of functions under section 6 of the
Intelligence Services Act 2001 .
