MARITIME POWERS ACT 2013 - SECT 4

  (1)   This Act extends to every external Territory.

  (2)   T his Act extends to acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia.

Note:   Division   5 of Part   2 sets out geographical limits on the exercise of powers under this Act.
