Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member of the Advisory Council holds office on the terms and conditions (if any) in relation to matters not covered by this Act that are determined by the Minister.
(2) Before the Minister determines terms and conditions on which
a member of the Advisory Council holds office, the Minister must consult the
host jurisdictions about the terms and conditions.
