(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Board.
(2) The appointment is to be made by written instrument.
(3) The CEO holds office on a full - time basis.
(4) The CEO holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years.

(5) The CEO must not be a member of the Board.
