Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage consultants to assist in the performance of the Commissioner's functions.
(2) The consultants are to be engaged on the terms and
conditions that the Commissioner determines in writing.
