NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 - SECT 198
Protection of participant against liability for actions of persons
Nothing in this Part renders a participant guilty of an offence
against this Act in relation to any act or omission of a person who does a
thing because of section 74.
