NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 - SECT 73J

Registered NDIS providers must comply with conditions of registration

    A person contravenes this section if the person:

  (a)   is a registered NDIS provider; and

  (b)   breaches a condition to which the registration of the person is subject.

Civil penalty:   250 penalty units.
