Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of any proceeding under this Act or a prosecution for an offence against a law of the Commonwealth, every Australian court is to take judicial notice of the signature of the person who holds or a person who has held the office of Secretary and of the fact that that person holds or has held that office.
"Australian court" has the same meaning as in the Evidence Act 1995 .
