Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Part, a member holds office for such period (not exceeding 3 years) as is, and on such terms and conditions as are, specified in the instrument of his or her appointment, but is eligible for re - appointment.
(2) If the holder of the office of Chairperson ceases to be a
Deputy President of the Fair Work Commission he or she ceases to hold the
office of Chairperson.
