Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Staff and facilities to assist the Administrator in exercising or performing his or her functions under this Part are to be provided by the National Health Funding Body.

(2) The Administrator is not entitled to delegate a function
conferred on the Administrator under this Part to that body, to any such
member of staff or to any other person or body.
