NATIONAL HEALTH REFORM ACT 2011 - SECT 3

    The object of this Act is to establish:

  (a)   the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care; and

  (c)   the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority; and

  (d)   the office of Administrator of the National Health Funding Pool; and

  (e)   the National Health Funding Body.
