Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commission CEO has the recreation leave entitlements that are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) The Commission Board Chair may grant the Commission CEO leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the Commission Board Chair determines.
(3) The Commission Board Chair must notify the Minister if the
Commission Board Chair grants the Commission CEO leave of absence for a period
exceeding 2 months.
