Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the Commission Board Chair is satisfied that particular protected Commission information will assist an agency, body or person to conduct research.
(2) If an official of the Commission is authorised by the Commission Board Chair, in writing, for the purposes of this section, the official may disclose that protected Commission information to the agency, body or person concerned.
(3) An official of the Commission must not disclose information
under subsection (2) if the information is likely to enable the
identification of a particular patient.
