Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Before the end of the period of 5 years after the commencement of Schedule 6 to the Native Title Legislation Amendment Act 2021 , the Commonwealth Minister must cause to be conducted an evaluation of the operation of the amendments made by that Act.
(2) The Commonwealth Minister must cause to be prepared a report of an evaluation under subsection (1).
(3) The Commonwealth Minister must cause a copy of the report to
be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House
after the completion of the preparation of the report.
