Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe person conducting the mediation may, for the purposes of a conference, direct a party to produce a document to the person on or before a day specified in the direction, if the person considers that:
(a) the document is in the possession, custody or control of the party; and
(b) the production of the document may assist the parties to
reach agreement on any matters mentioned in subsection 86A(1) or (2).
