Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If, in the opinion of the Registrar, a place is suitable for the storage and maintenance of germplasm material, the Registrar may, by notice in writing, declare that place to be a genetic resource centre for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The person in charge of a genetic resource centre may do all
things necessary to maintain the viability of propagating material stored at
that centre.
