Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In this Act, a reference to an approved person is a reference to a person who, on the basis of the person's qualifications and experience, the Registrar has designated, by instrument in writing, to be such a person in relation to one of more species of plant.
(2) The Registrar must, from time to time, cause lists of all
persons who are approved persons in relation to particular species of plant to
be published in the Plant Varieties Journal .
