PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1987 - SECT 88

    An interstate restraining order ceases to be registered under this Act if:

  (a)   the court in which it is registered receives notice that it has ceased to be in force in the State in which it was made; or

  (b)   the registration is cancelled under section   89.
