Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person required to respond to a request under section 275 or 276 must respond before the end of 10 business days after the day the request is received.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has been exempted from responding to the request, or the time for responding to the request has been extended, under section 278.
Note: The time for responding to a request may also be affected by
subsection 279(5) or section 281.
