Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Certificates created by the Regulator under subsection 30P(2) are to be created in an electronic form approved in writing by the Regulator.
(2) Each certificate is to contain:
(b) a statement to the effect that the certificate was created by the Regulator under section 30P; and
(c) a number in an unbroken sequence that is used for all certificates created by the Regulator in that year and that starts at one and has increments of one; and
(d) the date on which the certificate was created.
