RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 30R

Renewable Energy Special Account

  (1)   The Renewable Energy Special Account is established by this section.

  (2)   The Renewable Energy Special Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
