Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Before 31 March in each year, the Regulator must publish on its website an estimate of the small - scale technology percentage for each of the next 2 years.
(2) An estimate published under this section:
(a) does not in any way bind the Regulator, the Commonwealth or any other person; and
(b) does not in any way affect the determination of a liable
entity's liability to small - scale technology shortfall charge for a
year.
