RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 79

    If there are 2 or more persons who become liquidators of the company, the obligations and liabilities under this Subdivision:

  (a)   apply to all the liquidators; but

  (b)   may be discharged by any of them.
