Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The list that was kept by the relevant Minister immediately before 1 January 2005 under subsection 34(1) of the former Act is taken to be the list of approved school systems kept by the Minister under subsection 48(1) of this Act.
Manner in which list is kept
(2) A determination made by the Minister for the purposes of subsection 34(2) of the former Act and in force immediately before 1 January 2005 is taken to be a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of subsection 48(2) of this Act.
