Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA further condition is that the approved government school community organisation will do each of the following not later than a date or dates determined by the Minister for the purposes of each paragraph:
(a) give the Minister a report or reports, of a kind or kinds required by the Minister, in relation to financial assistance provided for the organisation under section 69;
(b) participate in evaluating the outcomes of programs of
financial assistance provided under this Act.
