SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE (LEARNING TOGETHER--ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH CHOICE AND OPPORTUNITY) ACT 2004 - SECT 9

    The Minister may determine that a body is the approved authority of:

  (a)   an approved school system; or

  (b)   a non - systemic school; or

  (c)   a non - government school; or

  (d)   a non - government rural student hostel; or

  (e)   another non - government body;

for the purposes of the provision of this Act in which the expression appears.
