Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe object of this Part is to provide administrative consequences for contraventions of this Act or the regulations that relate to self managed superannuation funds. This Part:
(a) allows the Regulator to give rectification directions and education directions; and
(b) imposes administrative penalties for certain contraventions.
