Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The inspector must cause a written record to be made of statements made at the examination.
(2) The inspector may require the examinee to read the written record, or to have it read to him or her, and may require him or her to sign it.
(3) The inspector must give to the examinee a copy of the
written record, without charge, but subject to such conditions (if any) as the
inspector imposes.
