Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf APRA refuses an application by a body corporate or a group of individual trustees for an RSE licence, APRA must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the body or a member of the group is given a notice informing the body or group of:
(a) APRA's refusal of the application; and
(b) the reasons for that refusal;
as soon as practicable after refusing the application.
