Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An RSE licensee may apply to APRA for one or both of the following:
(a) variation of its RSE licence so that the RSE licence is an RSE licence of a different class;
(b) variation or revocation of a condition that APRA has imposed on its RSE licence under section 29EA.
(2) An application under this section must:
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) contain the information required by the approved form; and
(c) if the application is for a variation of an RSE licence so
that it is an RSE licence of a different class--be accompanied by the
application fee (if any) prescribed for the type of variation by regulations
made for the purposes of this paragraph.
