Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a condition of an exemption under this Part.
(1A) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.

(2) If a person has contravened a condition of an exemption
under this Part, the Court may, on the application of the Regulator, order the
person to comply with the condition.
