Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(a) the former Superannuation Complaints Tribunal made an award in an arbitration conducted under an arbitration agreement entered into under the former Part 7A of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 ; and
(b) the award is still in force;
nothing in this Act or any other law of the Commonwealth, in any law of a
State or Territory (whether written or unwritten) or in the governing rules of
a fund, scheme or trust prevents a trustee of a fund, scheme or trust from
giving effect to the award.
