Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may give a notice under this section to a person who is a category 2 student if:
(a) financial supplement is paid to the person on the person's own behalf; or
(b) financial supplement is paid to someone else, on the person's behalf, under section 1061ZZBL.
(2) The notice must require the person to give the Department a
statement about a matter that might affect the payment of financial
supplement.
